This easy white forest cake is mainly made with all purpose flour, condensed milk, whipped cream and white chocolate. This Indian Dessert Recipe is a bit difficult to make but we will teach you how to make it in a simple way. 

Eggs are used to make most of the cakes but we have not used eggs in this. Eggless White Forest Cake is very soft and dissolves when kept in the mouth.

You must have heard the name of Eggless Baking, we have adopted the same technique in this cake. 

Ingredients required to make White Forest Cake:

100 grams Maida( All Purpose Flour).

130 grams of Condensed Milk.

50 grams butter.

350 g Whipped Cream.

Some white chocolate pieces.

1 tsp Baking Powder.

tsp Baking Soda.

70 ml water.

A few teaspoons of Sugar Syrup.

2-3 drops Vanilla Essence.

How to make White Forest Cake:

Phase 1.

First of all, sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda together with a sieve, now add condensed milk and butter in a bowl and beat it well.

Phase 2.

Now add the Maida mixture to the condensed milk mixture and mix it well, now add water and vanilla essence and beat it well.

step 3.

Now put ghee in a 7 inch tin, sprinkle some flour in it, then put the whole mixture in it and bake it at 180 degree temperature for 20-25 minutes.

step 4.

Now take it out of the oven and let it cool, after cooling, divide it into two horizontally, put sugar syrup in one part.

Step 5.

Now pour the fattened cream on it and spread it well, then pour white chocolate on it, now cover it with the other side of the cake.

Step 6.

Now pour sugar syrup on it, then pour the fattened cream and spread it all over the cake and decorate with white chocolate, cherries and silver balls.
