As citizenry we automatically reach for comfort and can almost automatically reach for whatever feels comfortable within the moment. this is often why you regularly procrastinate on tasks that don't feel good within the moment although it'll mean far more pleasure within the future.

Learning to push against this need for comfort is what creates all the expansion that's necessary for you to actually produce results. once you start to ascertain procrastination as a blessing in disguise; you'll start to use it and embrace the behavioural insights it holds for you.
